Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage our Shopify™ eCommerce infrastructure

Manage the sourcing and maintenance of accurate, approved, and up-to-dateproduct content (including product listing, specifications, imagery, copy, pricing, and marketing content) by proofing and auditing, assisting in the optimization of content and providing quality assurance for all consumer-facing content.

Engage in continual monitoring of the e-Commerce platform for issues such as bugs, broken images, load speed, outdated information (products and price errors, etc).

Manage all third-party website integrations such as updating store locations info, managing email marketing flows, and assessing site performance analytics.

Develop a good understanding of e-commerce systems, platforms, and architecture in order to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms.

Communicate effectively across the organization and external partners to prioritize, mitigate, resolve, and report on issues and causes.

Manage Shopify Store (listing creation, price adjustments, discounts, pictures etc.)

Create smart, science-driven A/B test plans with the intention of "hacking" systems and driving traffic to our websites at a massive scale

Innovate user acquisition strategies for organic and social sources to drive traffic to our websites

Understand customer journey and behavior and effectively communicating learnings and findings to the team

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition

Experience in SEO, SEM, Copy-writing, a/b testing, market research, analyzingdata, brand strategies, social ads, and campaigns.

Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization

Synthesize & communicate to the team: content styles & initiatives that are high or low performing - AB testing UX, bounce rate, site layout, mobile responsiveness, site speed, etc.

Optimizing all product listings as far as photography, product copy, and enhanced product page content across all e-commerce channels.

Ongoing optimization of online campaigns for best ROI, conversion rates and user experience

Monitor website's analytics through Shopify/Google Analytics and generate weekly and quarterly reports including recommendations on initiatives to increase conversions

Work with Product, Creative & Brand Marketing teams on product launches, and content for products, categories, homepage content and visual merchandising

Working closely with our, pricing teams, and marketing teams to get the best possible information needed to continuously improve how we showcase and merchandise our products to our customer across all shopping channelsYour core competencies and skills:

Strong experience with Shopify implementations & configurations

Experience modifying code for Shopify themes

Significant experience in using Shopify and managing Shopify stores.

Working with sales pages, landing pages.

Some knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / XD enough to be able to extract necessary assets from web design documents is a plus

Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Can document all the daily activities into a set of documents (like an SOP).

Can follow instructions but can also adapt the work and improvement on our current processes and procedures.
