As part of the Global Services, Delivery Excellence organization is responsible to provide global & local delivery teams with best-in-class service execution solutions (framework & processes, tools & analytics, project implementation & change management, etc…) covering the full Global Services scope including Customer Project Management, Network Integration, System Integration, Care, Network Performance Optimization as well as Managed Services.

Delivery Excellence Tools team is specifically in charge to deliver tools covering the Project Management, Network Implementation and Field Force domain (PM NI FF) and is working on the implementation of a new generation of solution to support Network Implementation. To support the deployment of the projects and configure the solution according to the project specific needs DE Tools PM NI FF domain is looking for a BPMN Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead discussion with the project deployment team, to understand, analyze and document the project processes focusing on deviation from the standard process
  • Responsible to document the changes to be implemented and manage validation with the project stakeholders
  • Implement the validated changes in the tool
    • Workflows
    • Templates
    • Views
    • Checklists
    • Roles & responsibilities
  • Manage the testing and validation of the changes implemented
  • Responsible to document and implement advanced reporting and dashboarding requirements
  • Responsible to develop and implement advanced complex views
  • MA in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline.
  • Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or similar
  • Experience with process documentation,
  • Knowledge of BPMN standard
  • Experience with workflow tools is a plus
  • Experience with SQL and Java
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Candidates must have fluency in the English language (written and verbal)
  • Experience in leading remote workshops with international stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation to technical and non- technical people
  • Excellent attention to detail and developing quality deliverables.
  • Knowledge of Nokia standard Delivery processes and roles is a plus
