Here's What You Would Be Doing At UiPath

UiPath is currently recruiting for a Senior NetSuite Developer (Technical). This position will help improve our current NetSuite architecture and integrations across our Finance Systems (Concur, Xactly, Workday, Carta, SFDC, etc). The successful candidate will be responsible for multiple “mini-burst” projects within the Finance Systems eco-system that will successfully automate the Finance function “wing-to-wing”. The successful candidate will have a passion for RPA and will be technically astute to delivering these automations for Finance.



Key Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate current ERP (NetSuite) and other systems (TMF, Concur, Xactly, Finance Force, Workday) process designs and architecture and assist in technical enhancements, integrations and automations that are needed for a “best in class” Finance function
  • Ability do technically deliver the functional requirements of the various Operating Finance leaders and the systems that they manage
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Finance Systems teams to collaboratively complete project work and deliver timely and complete solutions
  • Gather critical information required for Finance Systems to develop a project scope and plan and to define the business needs and value for the project
  • Keep Finance Systems team members and Finance function leaders informed about the status of initiated projects
  • Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to understand and define system integration goals and technical system integration requirements
  • Participate in or lead system and user acceptance testing efforts
  • Understand system interdependencies and collaborate with project teams accordingly
  • Strong at problem solving and able to design solutions that meet a range of requirements

Desired Candidate Profile - Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Engineering, (or related field) and 5+ years experience in Project Management
  • NetSuite Certified preferred, plus 3 to 5 years of NetSuite Development experience in:
    • Javascript
    • Suitescript
    • NetSuite Workflows
    • SuiteApp development
    • NetSuite Web Services
  • Experience with integration development and support to Workday (HRIS), SFDC (Sales Orders, CPQ), Celigo (Bank transactions integrations), plus others mentioned above
  • Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
    • NetSuite post-implementation and user support experience
    • SQL and related database tools experience
    • EDI interface/implementation knowledge
    • Logistics software integration experience
  • Willing to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Passion for the automation of the Finance function with RPA; ability to develop new process models that can be managed through our software robots
  • Willingness to travel domestically and globally as needed; and to participate in meetings outside of core hours to support global projects and team members
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude who seeks out opportunities for yourself and your team.
  • Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, Monday, and AirTable.
