Honeywell has an opportunity for a Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. 
Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions (SPS), is a $ enterprise, which provides comprehensive solutions that enhance workplace safety and incident response, improve enterprise and workflow performance and enable greater product design innovation.

Honeywell SPS serves customers in aerospace, automotive, commercial building, first responder, field service, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, oil & gas, power and utilities, medical, retail, supply chain, test & measurement and transportation markets. 
The Inside Sales and Contract Renewals organization remotely sells or renews services, products and software for multiple Business Units of the SPS Group. The team is split per Business Unit, with 6 Supervisors and over 70 sales representatives, carrying an annual quota in excess of $200M.

The Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for the overall management of sales and contract renewal operations of all the SPS Business Units, covering Europe as a region as well as partially North America, ensuring sales targets are met & exceeded and that all end users, channel partners, distributors and integrators are treated with the outmost professionalism by the account management team and strong partnerships are created to grow our customer base and ensure future business. 

Senior Inside Sales Manager responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective sales team
  • Continuously improve on forecast accuracy  
  • Lead & execute on key transformation projects for the inside sales and contract renewals teams
  • Developing a Sales Operating System and Tier cadence in line with global and business unit expectations
  • Build deep relationships with regional Business Unit General Managers and within territory channel community to become a trusted advisor for Honeywell’s products and services
  • Help to develop the Annual Operating Plan and establish a process to meet or exceed budgetary targets

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading large teams (50+) of direct and indirect reports within a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to develop high performing teams and successful track record of driving growth
  • Solid previous experience in various sales roles and deep knowledge of key sales concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Demonstrated leadership of transformation change, globally
  • Strong, results driven personality - ability to implement process rigor through organizations
