Your Impact

The Pricing Senior Business Analyst position will be responsible for working with different groups within the company (Portfolio , Field management, Business Operations, Finance, HR) to ensure the accuracy and add value by providing analysis to support business decisions.

The Pricing Analyst will play a critical role in PTC’s deal and business model conversion process.

This function will enable processes and new reporting needs through defining system requirements.

This position requires, in addition to a foundation of financial principals, statistical methods and analysis tools, a solid understanding of the Customer success, Services Portfolio , Business Models policies and procedures and transactions of the Services business.

Your Team

The Customer Success Operations organization provides operational leadership and support to Customer Success management , Field Services, Renewals , Cloud Services and other Business Units.

Your Day-To-Day

Customer Success Pricing Analyst is responsible for the following areas:

• Support key strategic pricing initiatives aimed at improving PTC’s growth and profitability
• Supporting Portfolio on New Offerings Definition and Offering usage review
• Model future impact of changes to pricing levels
• Validate Pricing Compliance with Finance
• Enable New Offerings and pricing changes in the Systems
• Update Pricing Policies and communicate the updates to the Organization
• Define and own the Pricing Reporting
• Participate in Industry Surveys related to Pricing; learn about Pricing Benchmark and provide observations
• Strong connected to the business needs and priorities.
• Provide assessment on pricing changes impact.

• Communicate timely the pricing updates.

• Ensure adoption of the analytics as well as ongoing support.

• Defines clear system requirements and follows up on the implementation.
• Play a critical role in PTC’s deal and business model conversion process
• Enable processes and new reporting needs through defining system requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business
  
•  5+ years work experience in reporting, analysis, Visualization tools 
  
•   Excellent analytical, written and presentation skills 
  
•   Fluent English speaker
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Customer focus and action oriented
  
• Works effectively in a fast paced environment and is comfortable with multi-tasking
