Orange Romania is looking for a new colleague in our product development and innovation team, to be in charge with our cybersecurity products and services sold to business customers of Orange Romania.

Responsibilities:
Main responsibility is to lead the development, launch and market success of new cybersecurity products in alignment with the overall company strategy.


On strategy:
• Research and recommend an effective strategy for driving significant growth within the target markets
•   Agree with key stakeholders the proposed strategy and a prioritized roadmap
• Initiate and evaluate new product initiatives, matching technical possibilities with market business requirements
• Build the stream budget, with split per product

On launching new products:
• Define the security product and the context within Orange group
• Define objectives and challenges and explain the response to customer needs and the value proposition
• Build a market analysis, including SWOT matrix and then create the product / service description and commercial offer
• Build the financial business case;
• define SLA / Quality criteria for the product, specifications for billing, invoicing and reporting and the customer journey and process (end to end interactions, actors)
• Choose distribution channels
• Give input and proposals for the internal and external communication plan and generate content for the marketing activity
• Define rules for custom offers done by pricing / operational teams
• Ensure that key internal and external suppliers fully understand requirements and deliver against them within performance targets
• Support pilot, friendly user testing, first sales and train sales / pre-sales and commercial support teams

On life-cycle management
• Implement a continuous improvement program around new and existing propositions for the assigned portfolio and pruning initiatives
• Develop close and effective internal relationships with all departments, including B2B, Technology
• Provide sales support, including customer visits, to increase revenue and further sales opportunities.
• Collect and analyze field feedback
• Monitor results versus budget and targets

Requirements:
• This position requires at least 3 years of experience in work experience in at least one of the following: IT, Marketing, Sales, Project Management, People Management
• Relevant experience with business security products
• Technical education background is also desirable – IT, Telecom, Electronics, Cybernetics
• English and Romanian advanced verbal and written skills
• Professional know-how on finance and sales
