Description

Provide support and consulting for the Business Unit in SAP SD Module and Project Management,working as Business Unit Key User (SD, CRM);

Main Tasks

• Conducts and starts Improvements for use requirements, designing of blueprinting & documentation;
• Supports SAP rollouts, configuration and assist in functional change requests;
• Support the Business Unit in the SAP Projects for CRM tool rollout projects;
• Manage incidents and changes requested by the locations and implement with external SAP support;
• Perform testing of problem fixes, enhancements,
  

system upgrades and new functionalities;

• Supports and Initiates of process standardizations in the Business Unit for the SD Module;
• Creation of training materials and training to the end users;
• Understands and applies group company’s methodologies and procedures;
• May lead and coordinate the work of a small team when working in projects;
• Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards;
  

Qualifications

University degree (logistics or technical);
English : advanced;
Work experience: 1-2 years of SAP experience with operational business. (Operations)
Quality Orientation;
Self Determination;
Technical SAP Knowledge, (authorization concepts, roles, transport management, working with tables, fields, etc...);
Understand technical dependency between the diverse SAP modules;
Strong communication skills and project realization;
Frequent traveling worldwide required, sometimes for periods 3 to 6 months in Germany;
Ability to work in a global team;
Results orientation, assertiveness, resilience;
Capacity for Analysis of big processes interactions
and Synthesize information;
Desired German Language;
