Responsibilities
  • Support the proposal process; create compelling responses using a combination of existing content, research, and creative writing to communicate the differentiated value of our infrastructure and approach.
  • Maintain content repositories, both materials and functionality, in sales and marketing archives and collaboration tools, primarily SharePoint.
  • Create and edit graphics (charts, tables, and presentation decks)
  • Research and prepare company profiles for targeted pursuits
  • Compile and analyze contract and offering statistics and facts
  • Field ad-hoc inquiries to address internal and client-driven informational needs
  • Support other sales enablement activities as needed and the role evolves

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of proposal, marketing, or sales support experience in a business services environment
  • Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Advanced English skills, particularly in terms of written grammar
  • Excellent writing and editing capabilities
  • Strong analytic, organizational and project management skills

Nice To Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Experience creating sales, marketing, or corporate communications
  • Graphic design skills
  • SharePoint expertise
