RPA Architecture Owner

Your day to day:

The RPA Architecture Owner is the accountable for the overall architecture within the Robotics and Automation programme and as such needs to grant its seamless coordination, integration and sustainability.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

• Define and deliver the architecture strategy within the Robotics and Automation programme.
• Own the overall architecture design, including the setup of any principles and guidelines that may be required to set. The RPA Architecture Owner role is responsible to ensure consistency in Vodafone Group-wide architecture and compliancy to Vodafone Group Architecture standards. As such, the Solution Cross Function role will own the Application Architecture standards document.
• Grant the sustainability of the Robotics and Automation architecture, ensuring that the same is at the same time future proof.
• Own the Architecture governance in the Robotics Programme/Projects, including the setup of any principles and guidelines that may be required to set.
• Support the Opportunity Assessment team in providing early but complete and accurate assessments during the robotics and automation business case creation. In other words, support at early-stage projects in reviewing the scope to grant best architecture needs are taken into consideration.
• Work very closely with the Innovation & Solution Design team to understand where the focus of the following innovations is to enable rapid assessment of new solutions. Indeed, the Solution Cross Function will be a key contributor on the new tool evaluation, owning the architecture part of the evaluation.
• Ensure that the architecture is compliant with all Group Technology architecture and security policies and standards

With these skills you are a great candidate:

• Experience in developing reference architecture models for the IT application landscape of a global IT organisation
• Deep understanding of different application ecosystems such as Windows, UNIX, cloud and virtualisation
• Deep understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL and eTOM
• Proven track-record in defining application solution designs for complex IT projects
• Experience working for a large scale global communication service provider or IT organisation
