The Company British American Tobacco is looking for a colleague for the role Quality Processes Improvement Specialist - Global Graduate Programe in our factory in Ploiesti.

• You will manage metrology & maintenance processes preventive and corrective maintenance, supplier contracts, Opex and Capex;
• You will manage quality related projects;
• You will also gain international exposure by attending our Global BAT Academy, networking with graduates from around the world, and strengthening your leadership skills;
• You will have the opportunity to challenge yourself on international projects, working with above-market and cross-functional teams, under the supervision of your dedicated Coach & Mentor;
• You will be a key player in Quality Team and will directly report to the Operations Quality Manager;

If you…

• Have a university degree in Science or Engineering;
• Have minimum 2 years-experience;
• Have strong knowledge of Statistic Processes Control, Continuous Improvement tools;
• Are driven and ambitious;
• Are an inspiring and engaging individual;
• Have sensitivity for quality as a general and basic value;
• Have ability to adapt fast and self-develop;
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Speak Romanian & English fluently
