Role
Responsible for in-plant quality assurance system. Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Responsibilities
ii) Production process statistics (SPC, histograms, process capability,
sampling procedures for attributes and variables) – Advanced
Knowledge
iii) Risk Management (FMEA, HACCP) – Average Knowledge
iv) Other Quality Mgmt. techniques (process flowchart, Ishikawa
diagram, Pareto diagram, internal audits) – Advanced Knowledge
v) Project Management – Average Knowledge
vi) Equipment calibration – Average Knowledge
Bachelor‘s degree in Technical/Science discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in plastics manufacturing.

Role
Responsible for in-plant quality assurance system. Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain local work procedures/instruction, GMP rules and policies, BOS work instruction, SAP standards and activities in cooperation with other plant managers.
- Follow and improve relationships with customers.
- Manage on-site international quality certification (ISO).
- Manage quality assurance department by creating and implementing department strategy, through guiding, directing and developing department members professionally.
- Participate in corrective actions and problem-solving activities to ensure effective root cause analyses, be responsible for monitoring customer complaints and corrective actions, hold back defective items and participate in scrap evaluation.
- Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other plant managers.
- Conduct audits of each area for GMP compliance, as well as internal audits and external audits of suppliers.
- Manage qualification process of assigned area.
- Define and implement performance metrics for processes, measure output and monitor performance, quality and compliance with processes and business goals. Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of Technical skills:

- Knowledge of General Management (Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR). – Average Knowledge
- Computer skills (MS Office) and ERP knowledge (SAP). –Ad vanced Knowledge
- Knowledge of company and local H&S procedures. – Advanced Knowledge
- Knowledge of English. – Advanced Knowledge
