Quality Engineering Analyst

Responsibilities:

Develops Quality Plan;
Develops and ensures execution of the Process Control Plan;
Customer interface for quality related topics;
Works with Senior Quality Engineer on material quality issues;
Coordinates NCM/MRB process;
Works with Manufacturing Engineer in order to establish quality targets;
Develops failure analysis strategy for customer returned products;
Responsible for measuring & analyzing/interpreting quality data (in process and outgoing);
Responsible for total quality metrics;
Covers the quality aspects of the ECN/PCN process;
Drive continuous improvement within the CFT.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
High level teamwork player, resistant to stress/critical situations;
Ability to prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion;
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers;
Knowledge of computer applications and the ability to learn and use multiple applications specific to this department including the ERP and office systems;
Good command of written & spoken English.
