Responsibilities
  • Manage the relation with the customer, explain to the customer the capacities of the production and inform the customer's requirements to Plant;
  • Ensure that production is informed about the customer's satisfaction level in real time;
  • Keep the client informed of all site actions and status of analyzes and negotiate customer delays to avoid escalation;
  • Fill in the 8D required reports in the client portal on time;
  • Initiate QRQC in the VIM database, participates in isolation and validation actions;
  • Represent customers within Valeo regarding quality issues (communication/escalation) and Valeo company at customer's location;
  • Visit the customer’s location about 10% of the working time;
  • Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).


Requirements
  • At least one year experience on a similar position, in the automotive field;
  • Experience in dealing with complaints from clients - 8D, QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control);
  • Experience in using Control Plan, FMEA, 5Why, Core Tools (an advantage);
  • Engineering degree;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Availability for travel to delegations, in certain situations (10%);
  • Customer oriented and problem solving skills.
