Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

Ensure the quality control activities according to customer requirements, product requirements and Cameron Romania Quality Management System.
Ensure that all ISO 9001, API product specification and API Spec Q1 requirements are followed and fulfilled on his area of responsibility.

• Ensure the product and process quality control as well as Supply Quality Assurance (SQA) and ensure that the products produced by Cameron or supplied to Cameron by vendors meet the required quality specifications prior to delivery to customers or before are post to stock;
• Prepare procedures, working instructions and documents related with product/ processes control for Quality Department and distribute to all involved departments;
• Inform Quality Manager and other Departments representatives in time, about critical problems concerning control process;
• Ensure fulfillment of quality control activities in accordance with valid procedures and work instructions;
• Perform internal audits (out of his responsibility area) and provide support during customer, third-party and external audits;
• Ensure and follow up the implementation of corrective actions for nonconformities highlighted during internal, customer, third-party and external audits;
• Support the quality control inspectors, metrological inspectors and NDE operators activity;
• Ensure customer changing request implementation in control process;
• Prepare daily reports regarding internal defects;
• Prepare weekly reports with vendors related NCRs and send it to purchasing department;
• Create and updates quality plans;

REquirements:

• Bachelor degree - technical field preferred
• 3 years experience in QC Engineer;
• ISO 9001: 2015 knowledge
• Experience in internal auditing; (Internal auditor certification ISO internal auditor certification or other internal auditor certification);
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Knowledge of quality standards systems
• English level- medium
• API q1; API 6A knowledge preferred
• Frosio certification level 3 preferred
• SAP knowledge preferred
