Responsabilities:

• Deals with activity of indirect purchases;
• Performs the control and organization of the internal management of documents;
• Have knowleadge of contracts principles and legistaltions of all indirect contracts types;
• It is responsible for all commercial aspects related to indirect internal and external suppliers;
• Collaborate with local suppliers to find optimal cost solutions (cost reduction analysis, benchmark analysis, technical proposals from suppliers);
• Performs market research (to find and evaluate potential indirect suppliers with low cost) in the region in order to reduce the costs of Purchasing department;
• Monitors the performance of suppliers and create an action plan addressed to those with nonconforming performances according with development’s requirement related with suppliers;
• Regular reports on the results of its activities
• Other responsabilities as assigned by the Director of the factory, according to the position held;
• Maintain SAP activity;

Requirements:

• Economical/Engineering University Degree
• 5-8 years experience in a similar position
• Good English skills
• Very good use of PC and Internet within the limits of the jobb
• Costumer focused solutions, Creativity
• Would be nice to have SAP experience
• Transparency, Independence, Leadership, Communication, Adaptability, Flexibility
