Project Manager, Technical team

Role:

Responsible for developing, maintaining and supporting our products and solutions. 

You will have a lot of contact with internal customers and manage cases, provide guidance and support on software applications related to production issues.

 Responsible for implementing solutions for improvement.

Responsibilities: 

•       Responsible for developing, testing and maintaining software solutions for varoius clients
  
•       Implementing improvements of new and existing digital solutions
  
•       Standardise, automate and simplify new and existing digital solutions
  
•       Ensure the documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the whole process
  
•       Identify and evaluate innovative and alternative approaches
  
•       Provide customer-specific solutions
  
•       Support Lean management
  
•       Compliance with Iron Mountains SOPs
  
•       Proactive performance tuning regarding input to and develop improvements in the team’s quality and efficiency
  
•       Stay current and up to date within own technical domain and processes
  
•       Demonstrate solid commercial and technical experience services to clients.

Education:
