Job Summary

We are now looking for a Project Manager (Sourcing Functional Development Manager). You will be challenged to generate value for Ericsson by driving business, operational, organizational, technology and competence subject matters. You will actively recognize emerging trends, problems and business needs. You will be able to provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing, developing and securing deployment of strategies, policies, processes and tools in your own area of expertise. And you will be effective by, securing performance, ensuring consistency and globalization whilst providing expert advice within the Functional Area.

Responsibilities
  • You will establish & drive strategy compliance
  • You will plan & develop sourcing solutions
  • Secure FA compliance and efficiency
  • And you will build and develop functional area expertise

Key Qualifications
  • Education: Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, virtual leadership in a global context, change management
  • Knowledge of project management metodologies PMI / Prince 2 (preferable certification)
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or other Process Improvement methodology (preferable certification)
  • Global mindset and ability to drive change and results in a matrix organization

Solid Knowledge And Understanding Of
  • Sourcing process and ways of working
  • Sourcing trends and Best in Class practices
  • Improvement process and ways of working
  • Strategy development and deployment process
  • IT Process
  • Preferably with experience from working in other sourcing or related job roles
