Project Manager

Ideal candidate

• You are bachelor or industrial engineering electronics/ electro/ mechanics with strong interest in new and high technology.
• You have already a first experience in Project Management, preferable in a production based environment.
• You are a strong negotiator, where you can count on your logistic, commercial and production experience you build up in your professional career.
• You know exactly how to deal with people.
• You are able to startup very soon an own communication network and you have a constant urge to use the best practice in every part of your job responsibilities.
• Responsibility and able to operate independently are for you no empty words.
• You have an excellent administration (perfect MS office knowledge is required and SAP knowledge is preferable) and have analytical skills. You can take the necessary initiatives and have strong leadership skills. You have the drive to work autonomous and in a team. You like to work for a production facility and aiming for excellent quality is in your nature.
• A good written and spoken knowledge of English forms the basis of all communication. Other languages (German, French, …) are a plus.
  
  

Function

• You are responsible for leading (from A- Z) a multidisciplinary and multi- site project independently. In this capacity, you will be responsible for capturing the scoop and achieving the agreed goals in terms of timing, cost and functionality.
• Such projects are characterized by the early embryonic and sometimes so abstract faze at the customer that you as a project manager have to make the first translation towards our production.
• You give also on- site support at the start- up of the effective production.
• We expect that you can put your opinion from the initial phase on the design so that the product is manufacturable.
• In a second phase, you become the ’ liaison ’ between the engineering department, logistics department, commercial department and the management.
