Your Activities
- Prepares and then execute the approved budget of the department (headcount, investments, other costs) according to the company business plan;
- Organizes the production process in order to produce and deliver according to the customer call-offs;
- Continuous improvement of the production process in terms of quality, productivity, work safety, environment protection and ergonomics.
Your Prerequisites: - University degree (technical profile is a plus);
- Experience in a similar position and / or minimum 2 years in automotive industry with disciplinary responsibility;
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills;
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach;
- Outstanding communication ability;
- Project Management knowledge represents an advantage;
- Fluent in English. German language represents an advantage;
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts;
- Experience in reporting on key production indicators;
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software;
- The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines;
- Team player with high interpersonal, influential and negotiation skills at all levels.
