The mission of the Enabling Technologies team is to boost the global UiPath adoption, through the creation of an ecosystem of customer and partner focused technologies and programs meant to generate massive leaps in performance and capabilities of UiPath users worldwide.

We are looking for a qualified Operations Specialist to join our team. You will be in charge of the operational performance of UiPath platforms on a daily basis, performing maintenance, administrative and support tasks to enable an excellent user experience for UiPath customers, partners and freelancers.

Responsibilities
  • In charge of the performance of the product operational support delivered to all internal and external customers
  • Provides daily support according to defined SLAs in the Product Management Tool
  • Reports new bugs in the Product Management tool
  • Liaises with both internal and external teams for content reviews, testing and tracking of issues/bugs
  • Works with the Engagement Managers to set up and maintain content on the online platform
  • Works with the Product Management tool to keep an up-to-date status of all running issues
  • Works with our QA team to perform end to end testing of new products and of relevant content.
  • Assists the Technical Product Owner and Business Product Owner to define all necessary processes to support future product operations
  • Participates in the testing for new product releases and coordinates the testing for product related content.
  • Monitors platform activity using the built in reports - owns reporting
  • Supports site users by answering issues and questions related to the platform on other UiPath Platforms (Eg. Community Forum)
  • Manages the relationship with the platform providers (support, email, calls, escalations)
  • Creates operational processes and practices that drive process and product efficiencies
  • Works closely with our Product Engineering teams, Project Managers, Business and Technical Product Owners to improve the Ecosystem

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in in IT Operations or product support
  • Strong sense of ownership and the ability to deliver results independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Bias for action and solutions and ability to deal with ambiguity, including troubleshooting and problem solving in loosely-defined situations
  • Strong communication and people skills, thrives in team collaboration and success
  • Proficiency in mobilizing global teams to deliver constantly against the targets
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous project management experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong, creative, analytical problem-solving skills
