Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog
• Write specifications for new and updated epics and stories
• Manage (prioritize) the roadmap and release schedule
• Align and communicate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, other product managers, etc)
• Align roadmap with the overall company roadmap and release themes
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders. Intimately understand our customer’s needs and challenges.
• Work with the engineering team on an ongoing basis to deliver the planned stories with each release
• Document and communicate release artifacts and implications
• Contribute to the UiPath product vision and roadmap
• Be a product evangelist both internally and externally
• Instrument our products and use data for product decisions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and players
  

Required skills and experience

• 3+ years of product management experience on an enterprise product
• 1+ years of software development experience
• Proven past work from a product management position with engineering teams
• Experience managing engineering backlogs
• MS / BS degree in computer science or equivalent
• Great communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Data-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to multiple changes
