PROCESS ENGINEER

As a Process Engineer, your main tasks and responsabilities in process design, implementation, operation & improvement will be :

Industrialisation

• Manage installation of new equipment in relation with central industrialization team,

• Set up the production equipment for the realization of samples (off tool parts, initial samples...) in collaboration with development team,
• Run, test and upgrade systems and processes,
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions according to SES standards necessary for production,
• Train the operator for the proper utilization of equipments and standards,
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data,
• Perform risk assessments (process FMEA),
• Design, set up and follow the toolings for production,
• Provide specialist technical input into development team project work.

Continuous improvement :

• Bring technical support to production department in troubleshooting in the event of a problem,
• Participate to process improvement using tools such as PDCA FTA, SMED, 5W, 5S, Oshin, Kaizen, TPM, etc…
• Run tests to validate material, accessories & auxiliary material (for exemple in case of new supplier.

Quality  :

• Assist the quality manager in analysing the root causes of non confirmities,
• Manage actions plan defined during PDAC-FTA & 8D analysis related to his perimeter.
  

Your profil :

You have a Bachelor or a Master of Science in engineering,

You have between 5 and 10 years’ experience in an industrial environment as Process Engineer in field operation with a strong knowledge in mechanical & metallurgical fields,

You are fluent in English (French language practice would be appreciated),

Your abilities :  to communicate complex/technical information in a clear manner, to work autonomously within established group procedures and practices, to analyze data to identify and solve problems with a  i nternational mind set.
