Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the production department to optimize production flow and to optimize the use of equipment;
- Participates actively in implementing the new projects in the series production;
- Develop and implement the needed programs for the process;
- Design the devices and tools needed to optimize production;
- Creates and updates SWI for ongoing and future projects;
- Ensure communication with suppliers of tools and devices;
- Improve efficiency for cutting, bending, saw, shot blast, chamfer of existing products;
- Analysis of the materials lists for the existing and new products, as well as the determination of the processing time of the parts;
- Reduction of loading times for cutting machines by optimizing the procedures;
- Optimize the cut & bend processes including testing of new technologies and spare parts;
- Creates and updates work instructions and technical documentations;
- Elaborate and update the list of atypical tools and templates;
- Develop and update the layout for the area of responsibility;
- Analyze devices and provide support for their purchase and reception;
- Improve the life of the tools by monitoring and constantly analyzing the working regimes;
- Provide support for CNC programs;
- Participates actively in continuous improvements events and projects.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive industry, assembling process;
- Experience and knowledge in Lean Manufacturing tools;
- Very good knowledge in AutoCAD design;
- Fluent in English;
- Good skills of project management.
