JOB TITLE: Process Engineer Assembly

LOCATION NAME: Ploiesti, RO

REPORTS TO: Operations Plant Manager

DEPARTMENT: Operations

General Statement Of Responsibilities

• Ensures the implementation, standardization, approval and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Coordinates the activity of drawing up the technical specifications for the equipment, the activity of receiving, implementing and approving the equipment, establishing the optimal operating parameters, controlling and implementing the specific software, creating the working documentation specific to each equipment (working instructions) in the elaboration of the Operations Plan, ensures the training of the operators
• Coordinates growth, standardization, continuous improvement of equipment processes and parameters, identifying and solving all safety and ergonomics, quality and productivity issues, and cost reduction according to AOP.
• Responsible for improving the OEE and RTY indicators. Defines the theoretical capacity of the equipment.
• Prepares and validates the inventory of production supplies, defines security stocks, and provides support to the purchasing department for identifying suppliers.
• Participate in complaints analysis and collaborate with the quality department to reduce PPM.
  

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

Education

• Technical university degree: mechanical, chemical;
  

Experience

Minimum 3 year experience in manufacturing / preferably automotive;

Skills

Good knowledge of processes / statistical tools in the automotive industry

Organized and personable individual who is passionate about working with a high caliber team in a global environment.
Energy and proactivity are key skills that describe you and the ongoing projects you lead
Very good knowledge of PC operation (Office - Excel and Power Point).
Fluency in English language.
