Responsibilities:

- Responsible for monthly payroll calculations
- Coordinate and collect of all required inputs to payroll
- Ensure the pay elements have been processed accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations
- Manage payroll related issues
- Define and manage benefits, base pay and variable pay
- Work time and attendance administration
- Support to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, policies and guidelines and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations
- HR Consulting - act as a contact point between employee and the Company; analyze and improve HR processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
- High level of integrity/confidentiality and diplomacy
- Expert in Excel and TRUE HR; SAP is an advantage
- English is mandatory, German is a plus
