Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated student currently at a technical university, very interested in developing his technical skills and understanding of a complex organizational way of working.

You need to know Linux so you can apply at this job!

• Very good experience working with LINUX
• Basic knowledge of networking protocols, routing
• Basic skills regarding scripting languages (Python, Bash)
• Great communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in English

In this role, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in Linux administration

• You will constantly develop

• Experience the whole process of plan-build-run
• Keep close contact with developers, quality assurance engineers, project owners
• Evolve your operations skills beyond simply executing tasks, dive into security concerns, scalability, usability and other cross-cutting aspects

Would be a plus:

• Experience in installing, configuring, maintaining Linux systems
• Knowledge of common network protocols
• Previous experience with Linux systems, databases (Mysql, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), hardware, scripting and web applications
• Previous experience of working on a large, team project, where separation of roles and responsibilities was needed

This is a paid internship for a period of 6 months, with extension possibility.
