Are you techy and sociable? Our B2B SaaS is integrated into our customer’s website by you: Consult and encourage learning during the implementation and onboarding to help the individual customer to be successful and increase their revenue by using our Activity Booking Software.

The Position

• Build trust and a strong customer relationship during the onboarding and implementation phase of our SaaS
• Get things done — dynamic in a fast- paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Effective Communication in a positive and empathic way
• Experience with HTML and CSS and website content management software is a plus
• Language: English on a high professional proficiency, every additional language is a plus
  

Deliver value to our clients by leading and owning the Onboarding and Implementation Process. This includes hitting our commitments, in- budget, and on- time while growing trust and a long- term relationship with our customers.

You Are

• Marketing agent, experienced in Webdesign,
• Product manager, Project manager, Customer relationship management
• Multilingual, eg. German, French, Italian is a huge benefit
