Ce faci de fapt in rolul de Ofiter Telesales ING Office?
- Contactezi telefonic clientii in scopul promovarii produselor si serviciilor bancare ale ING Bank;
- Facilitezi intalnirile colegilor din front office cu clientii abordati;
- Inregistrezi/actualizezi informatiile primite de la clientii nostri in programele ING;
- Participi activ la realizarea target-ului de vanzari si la atingerea obiectivelor calitative.
