• 5+ years of Network Operations, implementation and design Capabilities on LAN/ WAN / Wireless networks, Nexus and hands on Experience on Products in Cisco & Juniper.
• 4+ years of managing implementation projects in IT - Networking
• Analyze, troubleshoot and correct network problems.
• Analyze technical needs, requirements, and state of the network's infrastructure design, integration, and operations
• Solid knowledge of the networking concepts, practices, and process experience in Information Technology.
• Provide support to operations team in complex troubleshooting requirements.
• Routing and switching protocols - BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP, VRRP, LDP, RSVP, RSTP, MSTP, Virtual Chassis Multicast, Policy based routingac deployments & Cloud migrations.
• Proactively review customer requirements and propose solutions.

 

• Manage the overall administration of LAN & WAN involving design of network layouts.
• Communicate with vendors to gather information about products, alert them to future needs, resolve problems, or address system maintenance issues.
• Provide support to Command Center team to understanding the impact of situations related to services
• Provide support to operations team in complex troubleshooting requirements
• Preferably Cisco or Juniper certified -CCNP/CCIE/JNCIP
• Operate Solar Winds for monitoring purposes 
• Operate Service Now tor ticket handling and trend analysis
