Responsibilities
  • Write, build and deploy code using Microsoft .NET (C#) working on new features
  • Analyze business application requirements, identify concerns and develop action plans
  • Leverage our Cloud infrastructure in order to design solutions that make the best of it
  • Maintains existing legacy applications
  • Track down and resolve bugs in any OPIS code base
  • Be part of an Agile team, using company’s latest software development life-cycle working closely with team members from Romania and US
  • Adhere to best practice development standards (e.g. continuous integration and deployment)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related technical field
  • Minimum of 6 months hands-on software development
  • Strong knowledge of OOP principles
  • Knowledge of C# and Microsoft .Net framework
  • Experience using Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Services)
  • Worked with relational database engine e.g. SQL Server (or Oracle)
  • Experience with modern software development life-cycle
  • Must speak and write in English fluently
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience with Inversion of Control techniques (e.g. Unity, Ninject)
  • Experience with Unit testing
  • Understand modern Cloud architectures
  • Agile methodology and/or SCRUM experience
