Cloud technologies, IoT and Industry are the key concepts for the digital transformation of the CPT Group GmbH. The IT Manufacturing Applications department is supporting the business to optimize the value chain and deliver new innovative solutions to our production plants and customers around the world.
As MES / Industry Integrator your responsibility is
• Support our innovation process for manufacturing and logistic related functions
• Industrialization of new technology, ensure robustness, integration and support
• Drive the rollout into our plant network

Perspective:
• Be part of a team, that deals with latest technology and continuously improves quality and productivity in the shop floor area
• Create concepts to integrate new equipment and manufacturing processes into our landscape
• Cooperate closely with our Smart Factory and development team. Support the innovation process by contributing to “Minimal Viable Products” (MVP) and Minimal Marketable Products” (MMP)
• Support industrialization of MMPs, ensure efficient rollout and support concepts
• Be a consultant, partner and trainer for our plants and shop floor teams

Qualifications:
• Passion for new technologies and eagerness to implement leading edge technologies in a highly motivated and agile team.
• Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes, high affinity to automation and optimization
• Passion for understanding and solving processes-related issues, for the improvement of the existing solutions and for the development of new ones
• Basic experience in software engineering and IT architecture
• Experience in Cyber Physical Systems, IoT, Industry
• Basic experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) interfaces . MQTT, OPC UA as well as database applications
• Basic Experience in Information Security & Service Management
• Experience with Amazon Webservices (AWS)
• Experience in Design Thinking principles, high creativity and strong will to make ideas come true
• Passion to work in international and cross functional teams, good networking and communication skills
• Fluent in English language (German is a plus)
