Legal adviser

The person we are looking for should counsel us on aspects related to legal matters, in accordance with company policies and the applicable laws.

Responsibilities
  • understanding all legal regulations pertaining to the specific business in which you are working and ensuring that all rules and regulations/practices of the company’s products are in compliance with laws and regulations of the international legislation;
  • performing legal research and providing updates on legal developments affecting the business
  • informing and advising the management on legal issues regarding their obligations under the International regulation of Software as a Service (SaaS) business
  • supporting programs of work from inception such as licensing, user’s rights to access the software, Service Level Agreements (SLA), SaaS subscription agreementintellectual property, commercial, anti-trust, data security and privacy law matters;
  • proving the ad-hoc or other specific reports regarding the data protection / Reviewing and updating the Data privacy policies and procedures within our company;
  • researching relevant statutes, rulings, and precedents to be used as a basis for answering requests for legal opinions of a routine nature or limited scope;
  • play a central role during all phases of creation, review and negotiation of Company commercial agreements.

Requirements
  • University degree in Law;
  • Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law is essential;
  • Good knowledge of the current ] data protection legislation;
  • Fluent in English - spoken and written;
  • Ability to solve problems and to think strategically;
  • Highly organized person, detail - oriented, with planning abilities in order to meet deadline;
  • Enthusiastic personality, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude, with ability and willingness to learn fast.
