Job Description

Main responsibilities:
  • Drive the application of Lean methods and discipline at all levels of the organization;
  • Facilitate Continuous Improvement activities within each team by enabling Navigators to identify opportunities, properly analyze and drive their teams to implementation;
  • Provide Coaching, Mentoring and Training - Lean concepts as well as tools to make Navigators successful;
  • Achievement and maintenance of the Atos Lean Skipper Certification within 6 months of assuming the role;
  • Train Navigators in Lean methodology and how to implement Lean rituals;
  • Drives results by mentoring Navigators during their day to day continuous improvement activities and ensuring they have all the tools and support needed;
  • Reviews Lean Navigator projects and tracking towards successful completion;
  • Encourage embedding of Lean mindset by acting as a role model;
  • Maintain regular 1:1 schedule with Navigators and ad-hoc meetings as required;
  • Actively manage or take part in projects, owning a portion of the project scope or a sub-team;
  • Contributes to key presentations, attends and can lead associated meetings;
  • Create success stories and actively contribute to the Atos Lean community.
Job Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills, willing to learn and work independently - Mandatory;
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - Mandatory;
  • Sufficient Lean knowledge to mentor Navigators - Mandatory;
  • Lean Six Sigma Certified (green or black) – Nice to have;
  • Knowledge of ITIL Foundation- Preferred;
  • Prior financial exposure and ability to interpret financial statements - Preferred;
  • Demonstrable experience in driving Continuous Improvement activities/projects;
  • Able to lead, train, mentor and work in a team.
