Responsabilities:

  • Build strong partnership with internal clients (marketing, customer development teams) in order to understand the research objectives and deliver pertinent analysis;
  • Handle research projects from briefing stage to insights delivery to the business, collaborate with research agencies for excellent project deployment;
  • Use Unilever insights tools for rigorous analysis and actionable recommendations; gather information relevant for insights investigation areas (using Unilever sources/data);
  • Manage continuous research by supervising proper implementation of the trackers in full and on time;
  • Keep track of contracts and other research projects related documents in collaboration with internal Legal team and research partners;
  • Initiate and supervise financials (purchase requisitions, invoices, payments schedule etc.) for the research projects;
  • Support insights function with research agencies offers synthetisation/organization in order to make sure the business gets best image of price/quality ratio proposals;
  • Supervise specific projects management’s logistics like research projects’ stimuli, availability at research partners so that research projects’ schedule is followed properly.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • 1-2 years of similar experience would be a plus
  • Structured thinking / organized
  • Good at time management and prioritisation
