Junior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Takes the proper actions to implement the products portfolio strategy in order to enable promotional and educational activities that lead to products adoption by HCPs aiming to achieving Company objectives.
Enables the marketing mix for the products in charge (Product advantages, Pricing, Place, Promotion); propose price strategy for new products / solutions and annual price list revision, Responsible for driving excellence on local product launches by leading local task force when it is needed; Input in sales planning for the relevant products; elaborates and cascades within organisation the annual Marketing Plans Triggers and runs all needed market research activities, runs analysis over the markets corresponding to the relevant products, prepares market and competition reports and analysis (market data, trends)
Enables prompt and continuous communication to the customers related to: product launches and discontinuations, bottlenecks, replacements.

Key Requirements

Has university degree in Life Sciences: Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry
Experience in marketing in the Pharmaceutical industry / Medical Devices industry would be a plus
Able to work in a VUCA world
Ability to fast learning and apply digital tools in marketing
Has excellent product and marketing knowledge
Has proven track record of effective decision-making: makes good business decisions and exercises sound professional judgment
Has consistently excelled in cross-functional teams
Organizational skills and time management: can prioritize multiple tasks and goals to ensure timely and high-quality accomplishment
Financial acumen: proven financial analysis, planning and reporting capabilities
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, spontaneity, positive attitude
Excellent knowledge of English and Romanian, both written and spoken
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
