Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare working contracts, letter of references and other documents for our employees 
  • Manage employee requests via our HR Portal and in cooperation with our central HR Team 
  • Administrate our HR data in SAP HR 
  • Support in administrative and operative steps within our HR projects across the entire HR value chain 
  •  Set up and evaluate HR surveys  
  •  Act as a trusted HR advisor for employees across our BearingPoint RegTech company 

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Interest or experience in Human Resources 
  • Excellent organizational and structural skills 
  • Strong tendency to accuracy 
  • High proficiency in written and spoken German and English 
  • Very good communication capabilities 
  • MS Office skills 
  • Knowledge of SAP HR would be an advantage 
  • Motivation to work in a virtual environment
