What you'll do?
- Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the ITSM support processes Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
- Producing management information, including KPIs and reports
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the ITSM support processes and making recommendations for improvement
- Developing and maintaining the ITSM support processes
- Driving, developing, managing and maintaining the major incident process and associated procedures
- Reviewing and auditing the process
- Ensuring that all IT teams follow the incident, request, change und problem management process for every ticket
- Identifying incidents which need special attention or escalation
- Establish a common Incident handling understanding within Veoneer IT Operations organization
- Notifying the participants in the Incident Management process when standards and procedures are not being followed
- Rerouting misdirected incidents that have not been handled in a timely manner
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with utilizing ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven effectiveness to bring groups of people together to achieve a goal
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Quick learner who easily adapts to ambiguous situations
- Strong relationship building skills
- Works well in a team environment
