IT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Your Activities

— Providing IT support for users in software/hardware related problems (Helpdesk);

— Setting up new user accounts;

— Installation/ configuration/ maintenance of network equipment;

— Workstations maintenance;

— Installation/ configuration of software packages and hardware components;

— Management of IT assets/ supplies.

Your Prerequisites

— University degree (IT or Technical preferable);

— Experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role;

— General knowledge about installation and maintenance of data network (LAN , TCP/IP, DHCP); CCNA is an advantage

— Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms;

— General knowledge of administrating user accounts, Active Directory;

— Basic knowledge of IT technical support – internal company specific problems (email, printers, help-desk);

— Advanced knowledge of English ( German represents an advantage);

— Good communication skills, creative, open-minded, team work spirit.
