IT Support Specialist

To complete our team, based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist.

This position assists Global Toluna employees with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technologies. Support includes installation, maintenance and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. The employee in this position also assists in the maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment.

Your Main Tasks Will Be To

• Responsible for local administration and support of Windows workstations in Toluna Domains;
• Configure and support various commercial software like MS Office, SQL Client etc.;
• Maintain IT inventory and update inventory list accordingly;
• To handle all the tickets assigned by IT Support Center in timely manner;
• Escalate issues to senior member team as appropriate;
• To conduct a quarterly desktop audit to ensure that desktop PCs are configured as per Toluna IT Policies;
• Coordinate with external vendors for various purchases, support issues.
  
  

Your Abilities Need To Be

• Fluency in spoken as well as written English language;
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office products;
• Recent and relevant experience on desktop troubleshooting;
• Basic network troubleshooting including TCP/IP utilities;
• Experience with remote OS deployment;
• Effective face to face communicator;
• Team player, proactive, customer focused.
