Ideal candidate
- Knowledge of Windows ServerAD, DHCP, DNS)
- Experience in a similar role;
- Experience with networks (LAN, WAN), routers & switches;
- Familiarity with multiple operating systems and platforms;
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint)
- English is mandatory, German is a plus
- Great communication skills.
- Support to our colleagues (Sibiu and worldwide) remotely, via phone call, email or other communication channels regarding IT issues and queries
- Deploy OS (Windowoftwares, upgrades patches (both hardware and software), maintenance of inventory.
- Ensure the good functioning and stability of the main WindowR2 servers in the company.
- Install network devices (printers, AP’s, switches)
- Setup employees smartphones, tablets
- Grant permissions on the shared drives, add domain user accounts, apply GPO's etc.
- Maintain Active Directory services, files & folder permissions.
