The impact of your role at Ericsson

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is accountable for the coordination, support, management and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

 

You will also:

  • Constitute first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers;
  • Be accountable for opening trouble tickets, initiation of functional escalation of incidents and receiving orders requests from the customer, in various types of applications;
  • Be responsible for alarm monitoring in IT/Telecom networks;
  • Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail).

How your expertise will make the difference (Qualifications needed):

  • Willing to learn about telecommunication networks;
  • SQL basic knowledge;
  • Linux and/or Unix basic knowledge;
  • Proficient in English;
  • At least medium level in Spanish;
  • Availability to work in shifts (day and night);
  • Able to collect, classify and interpret information;
  • Perseverance, initiative, partnership, self-confidence, practical spirit.
