Duties

Lead the implementation of Recruitment Strategies. Performing and applying different interview techniques to assess the suitability of candidates in terms of competencies, technical and behavioral skills, then provide final recommendations.
Lead Performance Management Projects: Apply 360 evaluation system, conduct review sessions, and recommend solutions for meeting future objectives. Design and lead PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) to improve and enhance staff performance.
Lead the design and implementation of on-boarding initiatives in the region. Identifying objectives and develop processes and tools.
Lead Staff Development Plans: identify the lack of soft skills and perform coaching session to address those skills.
Lead Merger & Acquisition projects: re-designing of org structure and design alignment strategy for org fitting.
Lead Talent Development & Succession Planning Projects; performing assessment and evaluation for current situation, design project plan based on org talent needs.
Designing and developing HR management initiatives such as; Policies and Procedures and handbook.

Skills And Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
7+ years of industry experience
Knowledge of English at a level upper-intermediate minimum
