Must have:

Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or related field is a must (Master Degree would be a plus)
2+ years administrative or HR experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel & PowerPoint)
Exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets
Attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in maintaining confidential employee information are required
Convey a positive, professional image

Responsabilities:

Handling the day to day activities: HR Director agenda, meetings, communication, follow projects, etc
Processing confidential reports and documents, tracking HR department deadlines
Assist the HR team on different projects or other related activities (performance management, training, etc)
Exercise individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bring them to manager’s attention
Manage sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, plan and protect the security of information, data and files
Support on all the arrangements like booking tickets, hotel reservations etc.
