What will you be doing?

• Candidate search & selection for all our job openings, using Boolean search, LinkedIn, our own database and other search methods/sources;
• Post job adds on the company’s website, other job-portals and social media;
• Conduct phone screenings with the identified candidates;
• Schedule interviews with the fitted candidates;
• Be the interface between candidates, HR Specialist and Hiring Leaders;
• Update candidates data in our e-recruitment system;
• Monitor all recruitment KPI;
• Continuously improve all steps of the recruitment process.
  
  

Qualifications

Besides being awesome , you need to have:

• experience in talent sourcing and recruitment;
• very good English knowledge;
• good communication skills;
