Position Purpose
  • First point of contact for employees, support to Country HR Lead. Provide high quality first-line HR advice and guidance to a wide range of queries directed to IQVIA local HR in Romania.
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Internal systems and HR databases administration, preparing and maintaining reports
  • HR documents processing (preparation and filing contracts, contract amendments, certificates)
  • Support with Payroll Administration and archiving documents
  • Supporting local HR initiatives and employee wellness programs
  • Communication with employment agencies
  • Occasional candidate screening, sourcing, recruiting local roles

Required Education And Experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma and administrative training with a minimum of three (3) years prior related experience and / or / University degree in related field.
  • Solid PC skills, including an intermediate to advanced competency level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HR employee databases is an advantage, but not a must.
  • Professional command of both Romanian and English language is required.
  • HR inspector certificate, knowledge of local Labor Law and useful transferable skills are a big plus!
