We are looking for a skilled HR partner to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processeYou will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Job Responsibilities Include
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
These Responsibilities Involve Achieving The Following Tasks
Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Compensation And Benefits, Payroll And Administration
Maintaining affirmative action programs
verseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Participating in administrative staff meetings
Maintaining Company Directory And Other Organizational Charts
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Knowledge Required / Personality Requirements
Advanced studies in HR and Management or related area
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must;
More than 5 years of professional experience in HR (Automotive industry)
Strong leadership, Self-motivated, communicative person, stress resistant
Dynamic, goal-oriented person with strong coaching skills, independent, proactive
High sense of interpersonal relationships
Problem solving approach
