Key Responsibilities
  • Act as first point of contact for the client’s employees (40.000) regarding HR related questions via phone, E-Mail or chat
  • Update HR database and tools (Success Factors & ERP) with personal information changes (name, address change etc)
  • Monitor upcoming end of probation and contract dates and inform relevant managers
  • Send notifications to all relevant departments after processing an HR request
  • Bachelor degree
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Willing to start a career in the HR field
  • Good client handling skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach
  • Availability to travel
