Responsabilities: 

·         Ramp-up the Finance SSC organization

·         Establish a best-practice Finance Strategy and Operating Model for the business group

·         Provide leadership, management and oversight for a large team of Finance experts

·         Manage the transition of Finance tasks from local entities into the SSC in Brasov

·         Setup and manage all core Finance processes

·         Implement and monitor Financial Accounting Policies & Procedures

·         Coordinate other Services within the Shared Services for the Business Group

·         Continuously improve the Finance SSC Operating Model and Finance processes in Brasov

 

Our expectations: 

·         8+ years professional experience in a Finance SSC or Business Process Outsourcing environment

·         3+ years professional experience in a leadership role

·         8+ years professional experience in Finance (Accounting and Controlling)

·         5+ professional experience in Project Management (including playing a leadership role in delivering success projects)

·         5+ professional experience in Process Management and leading transformative change

·         Extensive experience working with cross-cultural teams

·         Strong technical IFRS Accounting skills

·         Strong knowledge in SAP ERP landscape

·         Knowledge in Finance process automation tools

·         Fluent English (written and oral) - German will be an asset

·         Ability to travel up to 40% of time in the ramp-up phase, up to 15% in stabilized phase
