  • Establish and grow collaboration with Central Headquarter and Sales Organization;
  • Actively participate in the management alignment meeting of the company;
  • Act as operative counterpart to the Steering Committee and manage the internal communication;
  • Continuous and proactive development of service portfolio.
  • Balance according to best value-add and results in alignment with divisions;
  • Support in implementing the strategy and vision of a joint planning support center
  • Lead and moderate Best-Practice exchange between divisions.
  • Identify synergies of cross-divisional collaboration and implement ;
  • Drive continuous improvement and measure performances by KPI’s;
  • Prepare and present status of Sales Planning Center performance;
  • Promote Sales Planning Center within the company;
  • Prepare, execute decision-making and sustainable implementation;
  • Sustainable implementation of cross-divisional standardization (processes and tools);
  • Hire, develop and coach Commercial Sales Associate, Team Leader and Group Leader;
  • Discuss Salary development (Annual Salary Review according to market information);
  • Monitor, control and maintain costs and budget of department, KPI;
  • Ensure on time and on quality delivery of data;
  • Escalation Level for critical topics;
  • Administrative Head of Department approvals;
  • Travel Expectation: Occasional travel - domestic and international
