  •  In your task you will lead a group of 11 people in regard to time and attendance, administration and payroll activities
  •  Manages work flows and ensures all payroll transactions are processed and recorded in timely and accurate manner for approximatively 3.500 employees
  •  Sets objectives and prioritizes workload
  •  Develops and recommends changes in policies, procedures and methods
  •  Ensure proper control, improvement, and efficiency of the business’s payroll function
  •  Oversees, and reviews the work of the administration and payroll team
  •  Ensuring the preparation of the monthly/yearly closing procedures, the annual financial Statement and internal and external audits
  •  Act as contact person for all social security and income tax topics
  •  You are responsible for projects within the administration and payroll area
